FIKARDOS WINERY

Situated in the outskirts of Pafos in Mesoyi Village he takes his grapes from the vine growing mountain villages in the Pafos district.Theo Fikardos has been involved in wine making since 1988 when he produced his first barrel of home made wine with grapes grown in his wifes small vineyard. He now produces some 270,000 bottles per year.

AMALTHIA 12.5% Vol. Dry White wine made from the local grape "Xynesteri" and blended with "Semillion" to give a crisp dry fruity aromatic wine with a good long after taste.

KATERINA 12% Vol. Medium sweet white wine made from the local grape "Xynesteri" and blended with Semillion to give a nice acidity taste of ripe fruit with a long after taste.

VALENTINA 13.5% Vol. Medium sweet Rose a quality wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Mataro grapes. Delicious and fruity an ideal wine for those who like their Rose with a little hint of sweetness.

MARATHEFTIKO 13% Vol. Dry Red wine. Maratheftico is a rare indigenous Cypriot grape which produces an excellent wine after it has been matured in new french barrels for 16 months. It has a spicy toasted oak black fruit taste and will improve for at least 5 years.
